"They are the reason i lost my cabin…"
They are the reason i lost my cabin luggage. I went on the plane and almost all the cabins were full. One of the crew came to me and promised me that she will keep my cabinluggage in the middle of the plane or keep it with her. So i left my luggage with her and went to the back of the plane, because my seat was there. When we landed i sesrched for my luggage but couldnt find it. I found the person and said to her: Where is my luggage? she told me “i dont remember” and walked away. I spoke to more crew members and none knew where it was and promised me it had been “taken care of and i will get them in Amsterdam”. (I had a connected flight). So they took my luggae without my permission or without communicating with me off the plane. Fast forward in amsterdam, my luggagr wasnt there obviously and now its missing without any tracing code of whatever on itAbsolutely do not recommend flighing with them because this missing could have been prevented.

"WORST OF THE WORST"
Worst experience of my entire life travelling around.
HIGHLY NOT RECCOMMENDED

No customer service. no assistance, website completelly buggy and not working at all.

"Do they even have staff that's working at all?"
Currently waiting since 5 hours for a plane that doesnt arrive, not even anyone from the airline shows up not do they give any information what happened. All passangers are waiting

"DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!"
DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!! The staff is the most unhelpful, lazy, irresponsible and slow. FIrst of all my flight to Istanbul got delayed 3 times. Then on May 1 I wanted to fly back home, arrived 3 hours early and this flight got delayed as well, gates have been changed a few times. In the end I arrived at the gate 15 minutes early and there was no staff anymore so I could not board the plane, same thing happened to 2 other people with different destinations, we were in the line together. I went to 4 Pegasus information/help centers in the airport, every single one was not willing to pay my next flight and blamed me for not arriving even earlier. The announcement when they say last call started a few minutes after I was at the gate but there was still no one. I ended up with the supervisor and they were rude very direct not even willing to hear properly. NEVER AGAIN! I will make sure to write reviews everywhere. It is cheaper but it is not worth this experience, it is better to book a flight with 100 EUR more!

"Their employees scam you"
I booked a trip from Toronto to Cappedocia, Turkey, On every other airline I took during this trip, they allowed one personal item and one carry on luggage. I've been flying for many years and never once had I got charged extra for the personal item. I got scammed by the employees in charge of boarding on the layover flight from Amsterdam to Istanbul. The flight was already delayed, and these Pegasus employees decided to wait until the very last minute to announce just before boarding that we can only have one carry-on item, and the personal item needs to fit into the main carry on or we would have to pay 70 dollars US. Majority of the passengers had to scramble and were stressed out trying to fit thier personal items into their hand luggage, but unfortunately my hand luggage was too full. When I went to pay at the counter, their credit card machine coincidentally "was not working", and they did not have change for me. They expected me to rush over to a store in the aiport and buy something quickly just so I can pay them the exact amount and not miss my flight. This was definitely a SCAM because the attendant even tried to convince me to pay for the carry-on for the other airlines as he claimed it would "save" me money, which I refused thankfully as those airlines did not charge me at all. Thankfully another passenger had change and helped me out. What confirmed this further was on my return trip, this same Pegagus airline did NOT charge me for the perosnal item. So clearly those workers were trying to scam passngers and I would advise never to book with this airline again.

"Awful airline every flight is delayed"
Awful airline every single flight I have been on with them has been delayed, its absolutely ridiculous. Will avoid pegasus like the plague going forward.

Currently sat on the Pc1161 from SAW to STN which was delayed by 30mins "due to scheduling" apparently and its we're now 1 hour 30 mins delayed. Cheap and woeful cones to mind.

"Warning"
Warning
Warning: don’t fly with Pegasus, and if you have already booked tickets, I recommend you reschedule to another airline.

On my departure, Pegasus asked people from my flight and the one 2 hrs later to check in at the same counters - at the same time(?!)
The line doesn’t move for over 2 hrs, and when I finally ask airline personnel, they tell me that Pegasus is suffering from global online issues and are unable to check in people.
After having been standing in line for 3 hrs in the middle of the night, the supervisor at the counters suddenly decides to check in all the passengers leaving 2 hrs later than my flight?? Nobody understand that sick prioritisation, and people are complaining, but the supervisor claims that she is in charge and that she is proud of that decision.
She assign a specific line - in which a lot of
People for the early flight (my flight) have been standing in for 3 hrs, and instruct a young girl, working for Pegasus, to make sure that ONLY people for the much later flight is to be checked in. Hence people would say: I’m on the early flight at 5, and she would say: move aside!
At this point, we all know that the idiot decision of the personnel, will result in our flight being very delayed.
After further horrible hours of waiting in lines, traveling to the plane with a shuttle etc. we depart 2 hrs delayed - and we all miss our connecting flights.

During this entire farce of a process, not at ANY point do any of the passengers receive information, explanation, apology or compensation in ANY way. Not verbally, not in an email and not in a text message.
I have never before experienced an airline that was unable to keep
Passengers informed in emails and/or text messages.
Despite the fact that we had all been standing in line for hours in the middle of the night, we were not even offered as much as a glass of water or a cup of coffee as compensation for the horror Pegasus had put us through. When (in panic) we asked the cabin personnel what to do, they would just respond they they as cabin personnel had no knowledge or information about anything. They really didn’t care.
I have never experienced a more incompetent, rude and irresponsible airline personnel in my life! … Needless to say that I will never travel with Pegasus again.

Thief’s!! That what they are. Stealing my suitcase and blaming me for it! Wow wow wow. Horrible company. Horrible people. DONT EVER FLY WITH PEGASUS. THEY WILL STEAL FROM YOU AND BLAME YOU FOR IT.

I booked a flight with Pegasus from Manchester to Karachi return during Christmas as other options were very expensive. It was honestly a very big mistake for me to go on pegasus. The flight was delayed on twice and both of the times their service was absolutely horrible. The staff is rude, unaccommodating and did not bother to give us a single piece of food/appetizer/water despite delaying the flight. The air hostess was reluctant to give me a full glass of water. For Pegasus it isn't enough to be cheap airline they will do anything and everything to make sure you feel cheap whether that's service, food, or delays you name it. They even broke my bag and I have a picture of them throwing my bag over the car to get it loaded. Absolutely no regards for their passengers.
They landed in Antalya airport and made us wait a few hours without even informing us where we were and why we were waiting.
Honestly I wouldn't even go on another flight on Pegasus even if they paid me. Just thinking of the experience makes me want to puke.

the airplane is shaking like a there is a bom exploding. i thought i was gonna die, but i survived. I never gonna go with this airline again and if i were you i would go far away as possible from that little peace of crap

"Use ANY other Airline"
Guys, be very careful before you book with Pegasus Airlines. Here's my story (so you can avoid being mugged off by them):

* We checked in for a flight on the 29th March to fly from Turkey to Georgia. There were zero issues and their staff didn't notify us that our bags were slightly over the limit.

* Our flight was cancelled.

* After 14 hours of waiting, we checked in for a second time (and their staff mentioned NOTHING about our bags being over the limit).

* Once we were through security, we were pulled aside and asked to pay 200 Lira for our bags being slightly over the weight limit. Naturally, I tried to refuse because we were not told about it. Had their staff told us we could have moved some items from our luggage to our hand luggage and avoided the mess.

* Alas, we were threatened in front of 100 people and told that if we did not pay, our luggage would be lost and we would not be allowed on the flight.

* It then turned out that the 200 Lira was actually 480 Lira (approx £40 pounds).

This is what PegasusAirlines does. They pretend like everything is OK and then they blackmail you into paying them extra.

Can you believe the cheek of it?

Two of their employees checked our luggage in with a smile - and then they had the audacity to inform us AFTER THE FACT that we were slightly over the weight limit.

For all we know, they could have been lying.

Oh, and to add insult to injury, one of our suit cases is now broken - AND they are refusing to refund the money.

DO NOT USE THIS AIRLINE. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!

"I would have given 0 stars if there was…"
I would have given 0 stars if there was an option!
The worst airline ever! They were so rude and disrespectful that they turned my transit flight experience the worst in my life..I was 7 months pregnant with two kids they refused to help me at all and were super rude to me. I nearly ended up in hospital and all I was asking for was a wheelchair or someone to take me to my gate and all I got everytime “sorry, I can not help” ..After explaining my situation to a Pegasus staff explaining that I cannot physically be able to wait in a long queue rudely got shouted at “ if you are pregnant and have kids it’s not my problem, everyone have kids!”
SHOCKING SERVICE!!

"I was reprimanded by ground staff…"
I was reprimanded by ground staff attendant at point of entering the plane (at gate) on 22/03/2023, that my hand bag was too big (regular size tote bag). Seemingly inexperienced and inhumane staff member kept saying I had to pay £60, because the dimensions of my bag 43cmx33cmx16cm was too big! She threatened me with not allowing me to get on board and demanded I pay £60! She was adamantand and repetitive. This is an extremely aggressive and unethical sales strategy by Pegasus. This attitude of staff is very disappointing and made me extremely anxious right at the outset.
