"Document check took forever"
I had to upload my documents twice, and it still ended up getting delayed. whoever runs this really needs to sort out the process because it was way more frustrating than it should’ve been

I had a seriously tight connection in Istanbul and was fully prepared for a mini travel disaster, but they handled it so well. The staff guided us through everything quickly, and somehow, against all odds, our bags made it too. Total relief. I’d definitely fly with them again.
"Confused by the website, but the cabin was the worst part"
I was disappointed with this flight. The website made it seem like everything would be clean and well taken care of, so I was confused when I got to my seat and found crumbs everywhere and a sticky tray table. It just felt gross sitting there the whole time. I mentioned it, but the staff didn’t really seem bothered or in a hurry to do anything about it...

"BolBol points are decent, but they could be clearer"
I do like using Pegasus BolBol, and it’s nice to see the points slowly adding up over time. That said, they don’t build up very quickly, and sometimes it’s a bit confusing to figure out exactly what benefits I have or where to find them. Still, it’s a useful loyalty program overall, and I appreciate getting something back when I fly.
"Payment Kept Failing, Which Was Totally Fine... I Guess"
I tried booking through flypgs.com and my payment failed twice for no obvious reason, even though my card was working perfectly fine. Then when I went back to try again, the price had somehow changed. Super relaxing experience, obviously. It ended up wasting my time and definitely didn’t feel like a smooth checkout process

"Better than I expected for a budget flight"
I booked my flight through the app it was easier than I expected. Check-in worked fine too, which was a relief. The only annoying part was the payment page loading slowly. It’s not a perfect app by any means, but for a cheap flight, it did what I needed it to do...

"Plane felt worn out"
To be fair, I know it’s a budget airline and I wasn’t expecting anything fancy, but the plane really did feel old and not very well looked after. The seats were worn down, my tray table felt a bit dirty and loose, and the cabin overall just didn’t seem that clean. I can handle basic, but the condition made the flight uncomfortable.

"Not as cheap as it looked"
I booked what seemed like a really cheap flight, but then the baggage fees showed up at checkout and I got charged again at the airport. When I asked about it, the staff basically just said rules are rules. It ended up costing way more than I expected, so I dont think it was much of a deal in the end

"Works okay, but something feels off"
It works fine overall, but sometimes the booking pages feel a bit messy. I can usually get through what I need to do, but the layout or flow just feels off in places and makes the experience less smooth than it should be.

"Not Booking With Them Again"
I’m not trying to be dramatic, but I really don’t see myself booking with them again. I expected the process to be smoother, and it just wasn’t worth the hassle for me. Maybe other people had a better experience, but based on mine, I’d rather go somewhere else next time.

I actually had a few flight options that weren’t at some absurd hour, which was a nice change. Made planning easy, shockingly enough. It wasn’t perfect, but it worked well for my trip.

"Bag arrived broken and support didn’t help"
The bag showed up broken, and when I tried reaching out, it felt like no one really cared or wanted to help. Not saying it’s a scam, but it’s frustrating to pay for something and have it arrive damaged with basically no support after.

I booked a flight and just needed to change one small thing, nothing major, but getting a straight answer was harder than I expected. The emails felt copy-paste, and the chat kept sending me here and there, like wait, I already explained this. It did get fixed in the end, so it wasn’t a total disaster, but it took way too long and nobody really explained what was going on. Not the worst experience, just kind of frustrating

"Easy, no-fuss flight"
Cabin crew was friendly. I asked for water and they helped right away. Seats were fine for a short trip. Nothing fancy. But the in-flight service was smooth enough, and I’d fly with them again.

Booked with Pegasus because it was quite a bit cheaper than everywhere else. Wasn’t totally sure at first, but the price didn’t suddenly change at checkout. For a short trip, it did the job. Needed a cheap seat, got one. Happy enough...

I used flypgs.com to check in online, and while I did eventually get my boarding pass, the whole process felt a bit misleading. It seemed like it was going to be quick and simple, but the site was slow and then randomly gave me an error without really explaining what went wrong. I had to enter my details all over again, which was frustrating. It worked on the second try, so it wasn’t a total disaster, but I definitely expected something smoother and clearer. Better error messages would help a lot...

"Refund showed up eventually"
The refund did come through in the end, so that part was fine, but it took way more days than I expected. Support wasn’t super clear about what was going on either, especially with that bit they mentioned. Not the worst experience, just kind of annoying

"Overbooking was handled alright"
Was a little stressed when the flight turned out to be overbooked, but the staff explained my options quickly. Ended up taking a later flight and got help with a voucher. Wasn’t perfect, but handled better than I expected.
